Boiled Potatoes with Parsley

Boiled Potatoes with Parsley Butter



1.5 lb garden potatoes
2 tbs butter
1 tsp dried garden parsley

Wash and rinse potatoes well. Boil in salted water until tender. Drain water and add butter and parsley to pan. Place back on heat until water evaporates and butter is melted.
